Nina Privacy Policy

Nina is a text-message nutrition coaching service operated by Summit Digital Group LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you text Nina and how we use it.

What we collect

Your phone number, the messages and photos you send Nina, and the coaching profile Nina builds from your conversations (for example: your goals, food preferences, allergies, and habits). Because Nina is a nutrition coach, this can include health-related information you choose to share, such as your weight or eating patterns.

How we use it

Solely to provide the coaching service: generating Nina's replies, remembering your goals and preferences, and sending you check-ins. We also review conversation transcripts internally to improve Nina's coaching quality. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related information for advertising.

AI processing

Nina's replies are generated by artificial intelligence. Your messages and photos are processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, under their API data policies, and by our messaging delivery provider in order to send and receive texts. These providers act as processors for us and are not permitted to use your content to advertise to you.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically about one coach-initiated message per day plus replies to your texts). Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Retention and deletion

We keep your conversation history while your coaching relationship is active. You can delete your data at any time — just tell Nina to delete your data, or email us. We erase your profile, messages, and photos; we retain only your phone number on our opt-out list so we never text you again.

Not medical advice

Nina provides general nutrition coaching for adults (18+) and is not a licensed medical provider. Nothing Nina says is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional about medical conditions, medications, or eating disorders.
